Birth Injury Support Center Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the landing page located at birthinjurysupportcenter.8limbsclient.com/birth-injury-landing-page, or the referral partner website located at www.trdeangelolaw.com (together, the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website. Birth Injury Support Center reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Not a Law Firm

Birth Injury Support Center is an information and referral service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not represent individuals as their attorney. Our role is to gather information from individuals who believe they may have a birth injury claim and connect that information with an independent, licensed attorney, including our referral partner, TR DeAngelo Law, for a free case evaluation.

Use of Website

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

Use the Website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its related systems

Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other technologically harmful material

Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Website in violation of these Terms

SMS Messaging Program

Program Description

Birth Injury Support Center operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with individuals who have opted in through our landing page or website forms. Messages may include referral status updates, appointment reminders, follow-ups to inquiries, and other information related to birth injury claims.

Opt-In and Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send one final confirmation message and you will be removed from our messaging list. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Birth Injury Support Center does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply. Message frequency varies.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Birth Injury Support Center is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by third-party carriers or network conditions.

No Sharing of Opt-In Data

SMS/text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Age Restriction

Our SMS messaging program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS communications from Birth Injury Support Center, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

The information provided on this Website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or medical advice. Use of this Website, and submission of your information through our forms, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Birth Injury Support Center. Any attorney-client relationship is formed only directly between you and an independent, licensed attorney — such as TR DeAngelo Law — through a separate written engagement agreement.
